Assistant Manager | Administration (Facilities Management)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team to provide facility management and maintenance support to office
  • Manage office fitting-out works, door access system, CCTV and meeting room facilities enhancement projects
  • Liaise and communicate with internal parties, Building Management Office and vendors for facility-related issues
  • Plan for the preventive and corrective facility services with checklists and procedures to maintain the standards of facilities
  • Review and renew facility-related contracts, certificates and licenses, e.g. air-conditioning systems, fire services, computer room air conditioning (CRAC), sump pump system
  • Ensure pantry equipment, including boilers, lunch reheating machines, sewerage and drainage system, operating efficiently
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Experience required:

  • Degree or above in facility management, property management or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of solid experience in facilities and equipment management in office environment, in which at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Well-organized with good time management skill
  • Self-motivated, proactive with strong sense of responsibility and commitment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word processing. Familiar with AutoCAD will be an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
