Responsibilities:

  • Review and formulate procurement related policies and guidelines
  • Manage sourcing projects and contract renewal including but not limited to the following commodities:
    • Office Services and Supplies, scope is including renovation, printing, logistic, security, office essentials and furniture
    • Professional Services, scope is including insurance matter, MICE, system development
    • Marketing Services, scope is including event management, design & production services
  • Lead and conduct commercial and T&Cs negotiation with vendor
  • Collaborate with internal users in conducting effective sourcing, tendering, vendor evaluation, contract formulation and vendors performance monitoring
  • Manage full spectrum of office administration functions, including but limited to office supplies, printing, courier, receptionist and counter duties
  • Review and formulate operation related policies and guidelines
  • Manage the internal system and platform
  • Prepare budget for office operation and other ad hoc service and project
  • Prepare periodical report / analysis for senior review
  • Supervise a team of administration and procurement staff

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Administration, Procurement or other related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in Procurement and Administration, preferable in sizeable organization
  • Solid project planning and management skills
  • Mature, stable and hardworking
  • A flexible mindset and the ability to work under pressure to meet the set objectives
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication
  • Advance user in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
