Assistant Manager, Administration

AGBA Management Company Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Review, formulate and implement office administration and security policies and procedures to achieve the highest standard of efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate office administration and facility management including repair and maintenance of building services, security, cleaning, reception, mailing and courier services as well as renovation and relocation projects.
  • Assist in tendering process and monitoring the vendor performance for all deliverables according to KPIs
  • Lead a team in executing, and hands-on management of the daily operation work.
  • Support leasing and tenancy matters.
  • Prepare periodical report / analysis for management review.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Facility or Administration Management or other related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' working experience in Administration and Facility Management, preferable in sizeable organization.
  • Solid project planning and management skills.
  • Mature, stable and hardworking.
  • A flexible mindset and the ability to work under pressure to meet the set objectives.
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication.
  • Willing to work beyond office hours when necessary.
  • Advanced user in Microsoft Office and CAD drawing.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese.
