Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the commission payment process for both autopay and cheques are handled smoothly according to the schedules and audit guidelines. Liaise with Finance to verify and reconcile the different compensation payments are paid accurately.
  • Manage and ensure the work flow of the enrollment and maturity for the share option project smoothly between banks and Prudential’s regional office, UK office and participants. Ensure the payment of the agency business referral projects from bank is received on time and correctly pay to agents. Ensure the MPF/ORSO contribution can be submitted to our Trustee on time according the MPFA ordinance.
  • Handle agents/managers daily compensation adjustments/payment due to system limitation and ensure the payment including expense deduction items, bonuses & incentives and finance payment are accurately paid. Liaise with Finance to handle the Special Loan application and submitted to management for approval. Ensure the managers’ Special Unit Account balances are correct with necessary manual adjustments.
  • Handle the finance and bonus appeals to make sure the agents qualify for the unpaid shortfall.
  • Prepare and report the active/inactive agents’ taxable income in order to carry out the company responsibility and ensure the accurate income is reported.
  • Review the team members’ daily activities and ensure all actions in compensation compliance to internal and external audit.
  • Participate in system enhancement projects for compensation system and confirm with IT the system logic throughout the different stages of process to improve team operation efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate preferable in Accounting / Finance / Mathematics
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in various of agency administration function including Agency Contract and Agency Compensation
  • Strong numerical sense plus good analytical skills and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS office applications including Word, Excel & Power point
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to speak in Mandarin would be an added advantages
