Assistant/ Manager - B2B Partnership & Business Development

Our Client provides an online-to-offline platform to connect local and global entrepreneurs and scale their businesses.

Aspiring the members for entrepreneurial success, they are looking for talents to further connect and partnership with high-end service providers:



  • Build rapport and nurture solid relationship with service partners and members
  • Develop and execute partner acquisition strategies.
  • Propose business models to potential business partners and sign-up new partnership
  • Assist in review and analyse the performance of partnerships and advise opportunities for improvements
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve goals
  • Report to Director directly and work on ad-hoc tasks if required



  • Bachelor degree in Management, Marketing, Technology or related discipline
  • At least 1 year proven track record in growth partnership role with business network.
  • Previous partnership experience, specialising in Travel OR Online service industry. (Travel industry – transportation/ accommodation etc. OR Online service industry – email/ social media/ e-commerce site etc.)
  • Prior experience in loyalty management is a plus
  • Passionate in meeting people and building connections
  • Tech savvy, energetic, open-minded, self-motivated and can work independently
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Work in fast-growing startup environment
