Assistant Manager (Business Analysis)

The successful candidate will report to the Business Analyst Lead of the Information Technology Department at the Group level. As the key interface among the IT application team, business departments, and external vendors, he/she will understand the business processes and operations, translate business objectives to features and configuration requirements of various enterprise/ customer-facing solutions, involve in the end-to-end delivery by internal team or external vendors, and manage testing with business representatives.

The candidate will also support operations and functional teams to define problems and desired outcomes, determine the required information, synthesize findings, and recommend actions. He/ She will have the opportunity to lead and guide other business analysts based on project arrangements.

Requirements:

• University degree holder or above, preferably in Business Management, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• At least 7 years of experience in business analysis, solution design, project management, test management, and vendor management
• Hands-on experience in ERP implementation, preferably on finance related processes
• Exposure to product management processes
• Experience in digital transformation, data analytics and robotic process automation is an advantage
• Working experience in construction, leasing or property management industry is a surplus
• Forward thinking personality who is also customer focused
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of stakeholders
• Proactive in sharing ideas and making suggestions with writing skills to incorporate abstract concepts or complex topics into presentable ideas
• Good analytical skills, detail-minded, and organized
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Business Analyst
