Job Purpose:
Generate new businesses and revenues for the Bank by exceeding or meeting assigned SME Business Sales targets
Build and maintain good customer relationship for up-sell and cross-sell.
Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales targets assigned.
To receive new SME account referral from branches and process account opening.
To acquire CASA deposit balance and lending from these new customers.
To identify cross-sell opportunity and refer sales opportunity to branches.
To acquire SME loan business, from new to existing SME customers.
Follow up with loan documentation & account opening documents and ensure smooth and speedy drawdown
Work to understand customers’ financial needs for selling and cross-selling banking products for meeting customers’ needs.
Provide excellent service quality to SME Banking customers.
Conduct operational procedures in a compliant manner by following the Bank’s policy and procedures.
Vigilant in handling customer data, regulatory and compliance requirements in the end-to-end process
Provide market intelligence as input to product, credit underwriting and process improvements to PDMD and Retail Credit Department
Handle customer enquiries in a professional way to ensure a high level of customer satisfactio
Requirement
Secondary school graduate or above with 2 years’ working experience in banking industry
Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in serving SME customers.
Comprehensive products knowledge on deposit, lending and financial markets.
Sound compliance knowledge related to banking products sales.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive , eager to learn and hard working
Customer oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure to deliver targets
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
IIQE Paper 1,2,3 is Preferable.
