Assistant Manager, Business Development - Wealth & Personal Banking

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Business Development.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Provide support to sales teams or individuals

  • Assist with delivery of revenue growth, incremental business and assist with cross-selling of HSBC products

  • Carry out administrative tasks, including database, records and document management

  • Carry out co-ordination and planning activities


  • Qualified with IIQE (Paper I, III, IV) qualification

  • Solid relevant experience in sales or customer service. Telesales experience is an advantage

  • Basic understanding of the Mandatory Provident Funds/ Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance business and up-to-date product knowledge

  • Highly motivated, positive attitude and willingness to be accountable for results

  • Team player with a sales oriented mind-set and genuine interest in a sales career
