  • Plan, develop and review the compensation and benefit programs in Hong Kong through benchmarking
  • Design competitive and innovative employment terms, benefits and incentive programs as per business needs and ensure its’ regulatory compliance for Hong Kong market
  • Work closely with Corporate C&B in international relocation and senior executive appointment as well as secondment & staff exchange program package
  • Manage the annual staff cost budget process, monitor and report the staff cost against annual budget on a regular basis
  • Follow through the annual exercise of annual salary review and bonus distribution
  • Supervise the administration of payroll , personnel and leave administration as well as tax filing
  • Ensure the development and proper maintenance of a customized HR data archive in a well defined Human Resources Management System built with the support of IT
  • Facilitate the development of Corporate HR strategic plans
  • Implement HR projects across Hong Kong and Shanghai and/ or other new markets when necessary


  • University Graduate in Human Resources Management
  • With 8 years solid working experiences in Compensation & Benefits with 2-3 years in supervisory or managerial level, include retail experience in a fast moving environment
  • Strong in problem solving with analytical mind and balanced in making decision
  • Able to communicate at all levels 
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Individual Income Tax Law and payroll practice
  • Articulated in salary survey of various consultancy firms for analysis
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated
  • Meticulous, good at multiple tasking and meeting deadlines.
  • MS Office with hands on experience in database management
