Assistant Manager, Capital Management V Asset and Liability Management Department



  • Ensure consistency at a granular level between different components of the capital management process, including: consistent application of scenario parameters; consistent application of business and technical/modeling assumptions; coherent treatment of scenario and its application across the balance sheet and income statement
  • Support in performing ongoing capital adequacy analysis
  • Support the business requirements documentation for all Capital Management related enhancements
  • Participate and own individual projects related to the annual cycle run and capital planning activities
  • Support the production of the yearly capital plan by drafting individual sections and providing the interpretation and analysis of table outputs


  • Bachelor Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance or relavent disciplines
  • 3-5 years of experience in capital markets, finance or risk management
  • Solid knowledge in financial analysis and modeling, with strong knowledge in regulatory and capital management
  • Familiar with banking products, operations and accounting systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application including MS Word and Excel
  • Good communication and language skills in both written and oral English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
