Assistant Manager - Claims

Global Associates


  • Handle insurance claims including life and general insurance
  • Supervise and provide training to subordinates
  • Answer the inquiries related to claims matter
  • Follow up the progress of claim until settlement
  • Lead/participate in ad-hoc projects


  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience of which at least 3 years as supervisory role in insurance industry
  • Knowledgeable in insurance products and principles
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with PC
  • Good command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin is a must
  • Candidate with less working experience will be considered as supervisor
