An excellent opportunity to join one of the one of Asia's largest brokerage firms! Our client is currently seeking for a Client Service Assistant Manager / Manager to join their growing business. Experience in customer service is highly preferred.

Client Details

Our client is one of Asia's largest brokerage firms which offers services in underwriting, research, brokerage, asset management, wealth management, and investment advisory. You will be working in a renowned securities firm with excellent reputation in the region.


  • Lead and drive a team to deliver call center and account maintenance services in a professional manner
  • Monitor daily customer service operations include but not limited to review and enhance the complaint handling system; streamline working procedure and ensure the operation process in full compliance with the Company policies, rules and regulations
  • Initiate recommendations for quality service improvements by taking account of customer feedback
  • Participate in operations/system enhancement projects
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Team Head/Department Head
  • Conducting project review and creating report and documentation for senior management
  • Maintaining system contracts and vendor services within operation unit
  • Proactively reviewing operation flow and enhancing operation capacity by automation


  • University or above is required, in Finance or Economics is preferred
  • Familiar with SFO, Codes and other compliant / regulatory requirements is a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication and presentation skill
  • Responsible, self-motivated, independent and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and managing projects simultaneously
  • Energetic, adaptive to change, strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Customer-focused and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager
