Assistant Manager, Commission Operations

  • Assist the commission head to oversee commission operation, debt collection, incentive procedure
  • Assist the commission head to supervise commission system implementations, enhancement & UAT
  • Review commission income & expenses calculation
  • Review commission related schedules
  • Liaise directly with consultants, internal parties, auditor, etc
  • Handle ad hoc duties as required


  • Degree holder or above in in Finance, mathematics, accounting, Business related disciplines
  • 5 years solid experience with operations, commission, payroll experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in written & spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is preferred
  • Multi tasks, logical thought, willing to change, independent, detail-minded with positive attitude and a good team player
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer, Commission Operations
  • Immediate available is preferred
