Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all-rounded Compensation and benefits functions, including monthly payroll, salary and bonus distribution, MPF contributions, Employee’s compensation etc;
  • Administer compensation benchmark surveys, including job matching and interpretation.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects when assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in human resources management with hands-on experience in compensation and benefits ( including payroll) in banking industry or financial institutions
  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance
  • Good in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Good PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Strong analytical skills and good numerical sense
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager - C&B
