Assistant Manager, Compensation and Benefits

Our Client, a sizable MNC is now seeking for high caliber for the following position

Responsibilities:
  • Support the decelopment and implementation of C&B related policies & programs in HK and China
  • Plan and administer the salary review and bonus process
  • Recommend salary packages and liaise with HRBP in HK and China
  • Participate in market survey, conduct pay benchmarking and review the salary structure to keep abreast of external market pay trend
  • Support and facilitate salary budget planning
  • Plan and facilitate annual renewal of employee benefits program
  • Support mobility management for intra-China / cross border staffs
  • Monitor and follow up the execution and benefit program with China HR and other sourcing firm
  • Conduct research on ad hoc C&B related as requested
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • 6 years in C&B in sizable MNC in a matrix environment with China exposure
  • Able to handle multiple-tasks
  • Strong in Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
