Assistant Manager (Component Overhaul) (Work Location : Tseung Kwan O)

Scope of Duties:

  • In charge of Mechanical section of the Component & Repair Overhaul Department (CRO)
  • To ensure quality of products & services meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements
  • To review and develop staff competence and component capability / capacity to meet the business needs
  • To monitor and ensure repair are done in cost effective manners
  • To coordinate between sections in CRO and other HAECO department in order to ensure production workflow are efficient
  • Work Location: Tseung Kwan O


  • A recognized Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Industrial  / Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
  • A minimum of 10 years aviation experience and preferably in component repair
  • Strong leadership skills & able to drive team members with different skills & background
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proactive, mature, approachable and results oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and Power Point
  • Good communication and presentation skill in Chinese and English, both spoken and written
