Assistant Manager - Corporate Action
An excellent opportunity to join one of the one of Asia's largest brokerage firms! Our client is currently seeking for a Corporate Action Assistant Manager to join their growing business. Experience in Corporate action in Hong Kong and overseas market is highly preferred.

Description
- Manage daily operations on corporate action for both Hong Kong and overseas markets
- Handle, monitor and check the daily corporate action duties including announcement monitoring, instruction processing and entitlement distribution
- Rectify and follow up on any mismatch on shareholding and entitlement
- Involve in CCASS operation and corporate action process of global custodian
- Lead and participate in internal control, process development, change management and enhancement initiatives and ensuring robust controls in the Operation Flow
- Provide support on ad hoc projects and assignments
Profile
- University or above is required, in Finance, Economics or IT related is preferred
- Minimum 4 years' relevant experience of corporate action in Hong Kong and overseas markets
- Solid knowledge in equity and equity-related products
- Good time management skills, ability to multi-task and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical abilities, creative, and takes innovative approach to resolve problems and task on hand
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including fluency in Mandarin
