Assistant Manager - Corporate Communications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media or related
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in sizable NGOs or
commercial sectors
  • Good experience in digital marketing and strong social media sense
  • Proficient in Photoshop and MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and
  • Knowledge in using Word Press an advantage
  • High proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Creative, self-motivated, pleasant, responsible, and capable to work
under pressure and tight schedules

Job Duties:
  • Responsible for the daily maintenance of social media platforms
including drafting of contents, page monitoring and reporting
  • Perform website management and marketing of organization services
implement projects or events through digital mediums
  • Explore, plan and execute promotion through new media and promotion
  • Develop and produce traditional forms of materials and multi-media
  • Plan and organize PR or fundraising activities or events upon
  • Work on ad hoc projects or duties as assigned by the supervisor
