Assistant Manager - Credit Administration

Responsibilities: -

  • Prepare and review facility letter, loan agreements and security documents
  • Dispatch of credit facilities
  • Perform credit limit control and ensure all credit terms and conditions are in compliance with credit approval as well as credit policy
  • Prepare related reports for local and Head Office management
  • Performing AML screening and CDD among the scope of work
  • Perform user acceptance test for system implementation
  • Ad hoc projects/matters

Requirements: -

  • Post-secondary education, diploma or degree in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 year working experience in corporate credit administration
  • With knowledge in banking practice and legal aspects
  • Strong self-motivation, attentiveness to details and ability to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
