Role Responsibilities

  • To grant a prudent credit decision by assessing and evaluating customer's creditworthiness (including existing customer and new applicant) for business banking products.
  • To manage credit applications seeking for exceptional approval / appeal, aiming at maximizing return against calculated risk taken, with full compliance to all regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct credit assessment on consumer credit applications per credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage the operations of Credit Initiation to ensure services rendered meet the agreed service standards.
  • Perform exceptional credit underwriting for all business banking products.
  • Ensure consistency in underwriting standard.
  • Comprehend the prevailing fraud type so as to deter and prevent from fraud attack.
  • Manage to meet all KPI.
  • Regularly review work steps to improve productivity on services provided and control measures.
  • Facilitate and support launch of new products.
  • Identify and train up successor to cope with the talent growth.
