Assistant Manager, Credit Review & Policy

  • Prepare credit facility review and to identify and assess potential problematic credit accounts
  • Conduct risk evaluation and make recommendation on credit facilities
  • Ensure compliance of bank policy and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with business units and assess various market information/event and internal & external early warning signal to detect potential problem accounts for close & early management
  • Take immediate action to manage & mitigate account irregularity and credit risk
  • Handle credit tasks as assigned including but not limited to data processing and/or administrative duties


  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines
  • Holder of ECF-CRM certification an advantage
  • At least 4 to 5 years of experience in commercial / corporate/ listed companies' credit analysis (in terms of credit risk aspects and financial viability) and credit risk management in banking industry
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements and banking practices on credit risk management
  • Self-motivated with good analytical skill and risk control knowledge
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
