The incumbent will be responsible to drive, manage and support different projects which assigned by CSOE manager and ensure successful implementation and delivery by following the prescribed standard and timeline.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage different projects and initiatives (e.g. product launch, promotion, system enhancements, process improvement, etc) which assigned by manager, to ensure successful project implementation and delivery by following the prescribed project management standard.
  • Prepare user requirement documents for CS based on business requirements identified and defined in relation to the processes of CS operations. Review IT functional design specification from business perspective to ensure user requested functions are meet.
  • Close coordination with all related function and business units (including IT, Life Administration, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Sales Channels, etc) to ensure user requirements for CS are clearly documented and articulated to related department for development and implementation.
  • Prepare test plan, test cases and conduct user acceptance test, ensure all CS related system function and workflow can properly run according to business requirements identified in relation to the process of CS operations.
  • Prepare user manual, stakeholder communications and conduct user training sessions whenever new product or system function launch, ensure CS users can have a good understand and reference on new products and /or new system functions / logic.
  • Act as CS helpdesk, assist to investigate and follow up on production issues or incidents, ensure CS frontline staff can promptly and properly handle customer related enquiry.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 8 years relevant working experience in Business Analysis / Customer Service
  • Hands on experience in project life cycle, Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar designation
  • Good analytical, problem solving and presentation skills with positive and pro-active mindse
  • Able and enjoy to work with people of diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate internal facing and technical information to customer friendly language
  • Microsoft Office
  • Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
