Job Responsibilities:

  • Take a team lead role to manage, support, motivate and develop the customer care team with full engagement by providing "options & solutions" to customer in order to best meet and exceed their expectations
  • Be responsible for daily work allocation and quality check to ensure the quality is meeting the required standards
  • Enhance the customer experience and minimize the business risks by resolving the complex and sensitive queries or escalated complaints
  • Coach and manage team's performance to ensure service delivery during customer contacts in compliance with the required standards
  • Review and update all the procedures, practices and service delivery standards to enhance the service quality and ensure the compliance with statutory and internal requirements
  • Prepare management reports on regular basis


Job Requirements:

  • Qualification in IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 & 5
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in customer services, preferably in insurance / banking / financial services industry
  • Strong complaint handling experience with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of life insurance products and familiar with hotlines environment / operations
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
