The client is a MNC Financial Group. To capture their continuous growth, they are looking for an Assistant Manager, Customer Analytics – Marketing (Customer Experience / CRM / Loyalty) (HKD32k – 42k) to join their professional team.


  • Assist the Senior Manager in developing and implementing the customer roadmap and related principles and rules so as to ensure the robust of the customer base and ensure existing propositions are in line with customer expectations
  • Drive the increased value from our new and existing customer base through management of customer behavior insight, customer campaigns and loyalty programs
  • Drive the increased value from customers (Customer Analytics) through data analysis on both internal and external data to provide customer behavior insights as ground for customer strategy, segmentation and customers performance monitoring
  • Assist in building the customer segments
  • Develop and build the customer roadmap; develop and execute communication strategy to build customer loyalty and increase lifetime value, by engaging customers with personalized, targeted, relevant marketing communications
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage the customer leads and plans to ensure the customer campaigns aligning Zurich’s strategy and propositions
  • Conduct data validation, ongoing tracking of customers/marketing campaigns/ initiatives results so as to maximize customer experience & business opportunities
  • Manage the development and maintenance of Customer Database, conduct cleansing initiatives to enhance data quality
  • Work with stakeholders and the creative team to design and build relevant, fun and engaging lifecycles for customers (Customer Loyalty and Campaigns Management)
  • Plan, coordinate and execute the customer campaigns - from ideation to execution (including analytics, evaluation and reporting) for increasing loyalty
  • Create campaigns to target customers to increase their loyalty
  • Monitor KPI's including open rates, conversions and lifetime value


  • Degree holder with minimum 4 years of Loyalty / CRM marketing experience, preferably in the Financial Services Industry (Banks or Insurance);
  • Candidates from Telecommunication, Retail, e-Commerce, Hospitality will also be considered.  
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and understand relational data
  • Experienced in working with customer data from multiple sources
  • Knowledgeable on database marketing and database management
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders from cross functional teams
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Advance Excel (VBA)
  • Fluency in English & Cantonese
