We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Manager, Customer Propositions.


Principal responsibilities 

  • Assist to develop proposition-related projects or initiatives to enhance segment awareness and expand market share for Prestige Signature, Prestige, Preferred and other strategic segments
  • Assist to review customer journeys in collaboration with internal teams to drive effective engagement and stickiness
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and maintain abreast market information for on-going refinement of designated segment propositions
  • Collaborate with different business units to implement proposition initiatives , to ensure the proposition is properly delivered to customers with most optimal approach  Perform other responsibilities / duties as assigned by respective manager


  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing OR other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' retail banking experience
  • Frontline or segment experience will be a plus
  • Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Positive, flexible and self-motivated individual with good project management and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
