Assistant Manager - Customer Segmentation (Ref. No.: 20741)

Our client, a sizable bank is now urgently looking for high caliber candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:-

  • Formulate and implement customer segment strategies to drive and achieve the business goals.
  • Design and implement segment business plans to enhance customer experience / portfolio growth and to uplift the services quality.
  • Collect and analysis data to provide recommendations on product development and to identify opportunities for marketing and customer campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor analysis.

Requirements:-

  • Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years working experience in banking industry; solid experience in customer segment management and with sounds knowledge in banking products.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager.
