Assistant Manager, Customer Service 客戶服務崗助理經理
崗位職責
1. 負責新帳戶開立審核、客戶盡職調查及反洗錢審核；
2. 負責處理客戶帳戶年度審核工作；
2. 負責處理客戶的日常詢問，為客戶提供優質的服務；
3. 負責處理客戶業務辦理及相應的資料備存；
4. 協助處理客戶突發事件；
5. 部門安排的其他工作。
招聘要求
1. 金融相關專業本科或以上學歷；
2. 擁有1年以上金融機構客戶服務工作經驗優先；
3. 持有香港證監會1、2號牌或通過HKSI考試優先；
4. 有較強的溝通能力、應變能力及服務意識，熟悉客戶KYC流程優先；熟悉證券業務優先；
5. 熟練使用office軟體，熟悉TTL\易盛系統優先；
6. 良好的英語、普通話和粵語口頭表達能力及書寫能力。
