Our client, international company provides high quality to premier banks’ clients for lifestyle service in Asian Pacific.


Location           : Quarry Bay

Working days   : 5 days (no shift duty)


Asst. Manager – Call Centre

*It’s not telesales position

HK$ 30,000 - 35,000 (depends on experiences and last salary)

*less experience will be considered as Senior Concierge consultant


  • Degree holder

  • 8 to 10 years experience in a customer service environment serving, luxury travel and hospitality concierge in a luxury hotel sector is an added advantage

  • This position will lead a team to deliver an excellent customer service to premium customers of all concierge requests

  • Responsible for the overall management of service delivery and financial performances, structure and people, process and systems, productivity and efficiency.

  • Close engagement and collaboration with Sales, Client services, Finance, HR, Partnership

  • Development and other key internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent supervision and communication skills

  • Highly adaptable and agile to a dynamic changing environment

  • Native Cantonese and fluency in English
