Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of call centre and offer support to CS colleagues, ensure service level and KPIs are met
  • Assist department head to manage staff issue including team performance monitoring, manpower allocation and staff coaching
  • Supervise, monitor and drive the performance of team members
  • Handle escalated complaints and coordinate internal & external parties to resolve accordingly
  • Assist to review work processes on a regular basis to enhance work efficiency
  • Prepare regular analytical reports and presentation to identify enhancement opportunities and implement feasible improvements measures in services
  • Perform ad hoc project assigned by management

Requirements

  • University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years' customer service / call centre experience with 2 years at supervisory level
  • Experience in working at multi-branded company is an advantage
  • Good coaching, problem solving & communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Self-motivated, fast learning and able to work independently
  • Pleasant personality, positive thinking, customer oriented with a strong sense of initiative
