Responsibilities:

  • Proactively build and maintain good relationship with Prestige Partners, IFA & Corporate Agency (“CA") Administration Team, Consultant and in-house Sales Team
  • Monitor the service level of own team and the back end operation team, work closely with them to achieve the agreed service standard and manage the expectations of Sales Channels
  • Proactively collect feedback from Prestige Partners, IFA & CA Administration Team and Consultants to identify the area of improvement
  • Provide training to Prestige Partners/IFA/CA to ensure their Admin staff as well as Consultants have necessary knowledge and information available to submit new business and service requests
  • Provide on-site support to key Prestige Partners/IFA/CA to increase the completion ratio of new applications during peak seasons
  • Provide additional service training and information needed to Prestige Partner/IFA/CA to improve the sales
  • Ensure all complaints from Prestige Partners/IFA/CA and Customers are acknowledged and resolved with priority in accordance to our committed service standard
  • Constantly communicate with our in-house Sales Team to ensure all updates, changes and new information are being delivered consistently
  • Prepare reports and monitor KPIs
  • Handle ad hoc project / product launch / incentive campaign

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in insurance operations of which at least 3 years in servicing IFA business
  • Degree Holder in Business Administration or Financial Services
  • Presentable and competent to deal with Operational Heads and Sales Heads in IFA & CA
  • Independent and not required much supervision when deal with administration staff and consultant in IFA & CA
  • Able to conduct training on Operation rules and procedure to a group of administration staff / consultants
  • Able to provide on-site help desk support in the IFA & CA office independently
  • Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationship externally and internally
