Maintains a thorough knowledge and awareness of legal requirements, regulatory environment, legislative changes, and marketing trends in the banking industry to determine the direction for new products or enhancements to existing products.
Design and execute acquisition strategies to acquire new to bank customers for Airstar Bank retail business across various sales channels such as online channels, merchant collaboration and roadshows.
Develop a business expansion exercise by introducing Airstar Bank Loyalty Program to the market.
Monitor the various campaigns and provide timely support to customers / CS team.
Lead product definition, launch, and long-term vision for “Go Green" initiatives across audiences of the marketplace, enabling the Airstar Bank to reach health conscious and environmentally friendly consumers by developing locally relevant strategies.
Bachelor degree holder or higher in Business Administration or related disciplines.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Retail Banking Industry with good understanding in product knowledges.
Relevant working experience in product development.
Conversant with PC skills, in particular MS Office.
Proficient Cantonese, English and Putonghua in both speaking and writing.
Able to work with other internal and external teams, handle multiple projects, attention to details with tight deadlines under pressure.
Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
