Assistant Manager (Digital Marketing) – Marketing & Corporate Communications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic branding and initiatives through websites and social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement and traffic acquisition
  • Drive and meet digital KPIs through planning and executing of strategic plans from digital analytics to maximize business results
  • Assist in designing and developing smooth and efficient digital customer journey on website and mobile app to deliver ambitious growth in digital traffic and usage
  • Formulate digital marketing campaigns with strong understanding of social media, digital marketing channels (SEM, SEO, social, programmatic) plus retargeting and conversion to acquire users and create revenue/upsell opportunities
  • Interpret digital journey and engagement effectiveness, and identify learning, insights and actions
  • Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including business owners, technical teams, legal, compliance and external vendors to design and deliver quality services in digital platforms

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information System or a related discipline
  • 4 - 6 years of working experience, with at least 2 years in digital, project or product management and implementation
  • Hands-on experience in SEO, content strategy, data analysis, data visualization and web analytics (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Business knowledge in CRM and marketing is an advantage
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical ability to achieve excellence
  • Be energetic and excited about web and mobile technologies and bring digital ideas to real life
  • Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
