Assistant Manager - Digital Technology

As the Assistant Manager - Digital Technology in Digital Initiatives team, you will
- Be involved with the latest digital technology projects (e.g. IoT, Big data, Mobile App,
Digital platform, Payment gateway integration, Video analytics, etc.) and co-ordination of
New Technologies (PoC)
- Develop, strategize and plan new interventions to drive innovation and explore new
technology to enhance the operation
- Produce requirements documentation that translates business requirements into functional
specification for digital development team
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders (internal & external) throughout the project life
cycle to ensure solid understanding of requirements and impact to the business areas
- Develop all relevant project documentation, including high-level and detailed requirements
specifications for major and minor projects, and business process descriptions and use
cases
- Work across different business and technology units and support the manager on daily
operation / administrative work
The suitable applicant shall be:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering,
Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Business Consultant or Business Analyst or IT Project
Management
- Digital knowledge, including NB-IoT technology, Cloud platform (Azure, AWS), Mobile App,
Payment gateway, etc.
- Good problem-solving, multi-tasking & analytical skills with good communication and time
management
- Ability to manage deadlines, resources allocation and proactively mitigate risks and issues in
a project management environment
- Technical / Programming background would be an advantage
- Well-organized, self-starter and a good team player
