Support existing strategic partnership programs through the end to end process of the project’s development and implementation, including mechanism design, content development, and implementation of program to accomplish API integration, digital acquisition and cross-selling of personal and SME e-Banking products and services.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to execute digital projects including budget, user requirements preparation, User Acceptance Test, preparing customer communication and branch briefing, etc.
Assist in preparing documents, seek for management’s approval and manage to execute the projects, analyze and monitor the usage of digital services and stay updated with market trends
Support evaluation of business potential and feasibility of new business ideas
Perform post campaign evaluation and conduct related P&L analysis
Perform ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer, e-Commerce or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in banking industry with proven track records in customer experience and customer journey management, include e-Banking and mobile banking channels
Experience in Open API and other Fintech development is preferred
Possess business negotiation ability and proficient in writing business agreements and commercial terms and conditions
Self-motivated with strong analytical and planning skills
Flexible, ability to work under pressure and detail-minded
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
