Assistant Manager, ECommerce & CRM (Candidates from agencies welcome)

Utilizing online marketing, web presence, and social media, the incumbent develops and implements strategic plans to drive Internet sales and to achieve targets.  He/she is also responsible for managing the CRM function to effectively foster, reward and retain customer loyalty.


ECommerce & Digital Marketing

  • Assumes P&L responsibility, achieve sales and net profit targets;
  • Devise and execute online marketing strategies including re-marketing, precise marking, SEM and EDM to drive online sales by increasing website traffic and optimizing site conversion;
  • Manage and monitor KPIs including annual, monthly performance targets, traffic targets, and conversion rate targets;
  • Collaborate with marketing team to conduct sales & product forecast and develop online marketing plans;
  • Work with IT to enhance online browsing experience, manage site changes to increase quality traffic, maximize site performance;Monitor site metrics, such as time for Web pages to load, total numbers of site visitors, and visitors by product or page;
  • Expand e-commerce channels, identify potential alliances and maintain effective partnership;


  • Derive and manage CRM programs to attract and foster and retain customer loyalty;
  • Engage customers and increase advocacy through social CRM platform eg. Facebook, Twitter, weChat, Google;
  • Maximize data-mining, buyergraphics, segmentation analysis to ensure the data is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities;
  • Collaborate with vendor and IT to provide the best support in analytic tools, reporting and program content;
  • Provide timely updates of performance reports and analysis of the database



  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 3+ years ECommerce & digital marketing experience
  • Hands on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics will be an added advantage
  • Experience with Email marketing tools and executing SEO and SEM
  • Proven track record in enhancing customer loyalty via executing CRM programs
  • Proficient in data analytics and customer metrics measurement
  • Very good project management skills
  • Multi-tasking and good time management, able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
