Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate solutions and service scope based on understanding of potential merchant (Service Provider) / System Integrator requirements
  • Follow up complaints for merchants and performance management
  • Provide review of Service Provider / System Integrator submissions and coordinate Type Approval Test
  • Address technical or operational issues within Service Provider’s application
  • Coordinate with different departments to respond to merchants’ needs such as operational needs and system integration needs
  • Prepare documents for Service Provider training including Operating Rules and training materials
  • Monitor Service Provider accounts operation performance data and provide enhancement proposal to improvement system efficiency and productivity
  • Handle merchant complaints and liaise internally to resolve the merchant complaints within the service level
  • Prepare reports including incident report
  • Provide support and service to internal partners and external merchants in non-office hours


  • Bachelor degree holders in Information, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years working experience in IT field and merchant serving field, of which includes at least 2 years working experience in managerial level
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • A fast learner with strong analytical skills
  • Good communication, people management and project management skills
  • Good knowledge in payment system for transportation, retail and self-service industries
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn and committed to self-development
