To cope with business expansion, we invite high-calibre candidates to join us for the following position:

ASSISTANT MANAGER/ EXECUTIVE - INVESTMENT BANKING DIVISION

Job Ref.AM/IBD/CT/07-16

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in handling corporate finance projects including IPO, financial advisory on Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code related transactions, compliance advisory project etc. 
  • Assist and participate in entire project execution work including due diligence, research on financial analysis, modeling and evaluation activities relating to execution of all corporate finance projects
  • Provide support in preparing pitch books, and business proposals

Requirements:

  • University degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline
  • At least 2 years’ relevant corporate finance experience or finance and accounting experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, and proficiency in Mandarin 
  • Self-motivated and a good team player
  • Good communication, analytical and problem solving skill
  • Willing to work under pressure and demanding schedule
  • Willing to frequently travel to the PRC
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Executive
