Our client, a Japanese Corporation, is looking for Assistant Manager / Executive for business expansion: 


  • To liaise with insurance company about the terms and coverage about the medical plans
  • As the first contact for employee to handle the insurance claims and applications  
  • Prepare budge forecast, staff cost forecast reports for management analysis
  • Manage annual insurance renewal exercise 
  • Ad hoc duties 


  • Fluent in English and Mandarin. With knowledge in Japanese is preferable 
  • Good knowledge in Corporate medical insurance plans  
  • 3-5 years working experience in Insurance company, good knowledge in Corporate Medical Insurance products OR
  • 3-5 years working experience as HR responsible for the Group Medical Insurance, with experience in liaising with Medical Insurance Provider / broker about the terms and coverage
  • Good communicate, presentation, negotiation skills
  • Holder of IIQE Paper 1 & 3 is preferable
