Key responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in handling period end closing of A/P function and G/L, preparation of financial and management reporting
  • Monitor the balance sheet reconciliation and perform expenditure analysis in cost center level
  • Liaise with business units to perform expenditure analysis on business units performance
  • Oversee daily operation of the team accounting staff e.g. review payments and bank reconciliation
  • Streamline work processes to enhance internal control and efficiency
  • Participate in all management reporting such as monthly/quarterly Hyperion reporting to Group, Hard-close & Year-end audit, Annual Profit Tax filing, Budget/Forecast, etc.
  • Working location: Hong Kong Science Park


  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years of working experience, in which 2 years in supervisory level in MNCs
  • Member of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle and HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) reporting is preferred
  • Committed to work overtime during month end closing (with compensation leave)
  • Solid relationship management skills when interacting with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical ability, positive attitude and attention to details
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Occasional travel is required
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as Senior Accountant
