Job Description

To manage the day-to-day service delivery of Financial Market Operations Client Coverage (FMOCC) Hong Kong, including responsibility for service quality, and managing risk, efficiency, people and projects within the FMOCC.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure all account opening / maintenance requests is completed within a reasonable time frame and in accordance to firm policy / guideline from Legal
  • Ensure the provision of the highest standard of service in response to enquiries
  • Monitor the performance of Hub processing centre in accordance with the agreed service standards on a regular basis
  • Provide support and recommendations to Hub processing centre to ensure timely resolution in case handling
  • Work with internal stakeholders for service requirements, enquiries, and instructions.
  • Continuously review/monitor workflow and strive for efficiencies in time, costs and service levels.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Recognized Degree in Finance / Business / Banking
  • Relevant experience in Banking / Financial Institutes
  • Financially numerate with good Excel and PC skills
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines and time pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pro-active and self-directed interest in developments in Financial Markets is viewed positively
