Assistant Manager, Financial Planning

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the preparation of the Corporate Plan, Annual Business Plan, Budget, Quarterly Review and other financial projections and analysis for the URA
  • To prepare variance, sensitivity and benchmarking analyses for the URA
  • To provide financial guidance and analytical support to other divisions/departments in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, analysis and forecasting
  • To take part in the implementation and maintenance of financial planning, accounting and business intelligence systems
  • To evaluate the financial capability of external contractors and consultants
  • To carry out any other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant with degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management Science, or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant work experience
  • Good business acumen and attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in budgeting and accounting system implementation/migration and business intelligence application such as Tableau is an advantage
