Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Front Office Manager in monitoring overall operations and administrations
  • Lead and supervise Front Office team to ensure smooth operations and maintain service standards to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Able to handle, resolve and prevent guest complaints
  • Good knowledge and experience in handling emergency cases
  • Monitor or collaborate with other departments for any special projects
  • Coordinate with Sales Department to monitor daily room sales control
  • Involve staff recruitment, induction and training programs


  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in front office operations
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Familiar with Opera System and MS Office
  • Strong communication techniques and excellent service skills
  • Mature and independent with good leadership, customer-oriented and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, proactive, service oriented and detail-minded
