Responsibilities for the daily operations of Front Desk and Guest Services, including guest enquiries, greeting & servicing hotel guests, ensure the quality of hotel services standard
Handle emergency case and complaint
Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
Minimum 4 years relevant experience, with 2 years at supervisory level
Overnight shift is required
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Service-oriented and excellent in communications and interpersonal skill
Mature, independent, proactive, service-oriented and attentive to detail
