  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ Front Office operations experience with 2 years in supervisory or above positions
  • Have experience on handling hotel loyalty program
  • Mature, independent and excellent problem solving skills
  • Sound knowledge in emergency case and complaint handling
  • Well versed with Opera system
  • Well organized with good leadership skill and detail-minded
  • Service-oriented and excellent in communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
