  • Diploma or Degree holder of Hotel Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Front Office and at least 1 years working in a managerial position
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent trouble shootings, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong analytical, observation skills and multi-tasking ability
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
