Assistant Manager - Front Office

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Front Office and at least 1 years working in a managerial position
  • Handle guest complaints and comments to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Experience in Cambridge PMS is definitely an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership and problem solving skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Less experience will be considered as "Front Office Supervisor"
