Assistant Manager, General Service Support (Ref: GSS/AM/CT)

  • Provide executive support to senior management in service support, operations and projects development
  • Assist in alignment meetings and render related support to service units, consolidation of meeting document & reports, application for funding, writing up policy, budget control, complaint handling etc.
  • Act as prime interface between service units and external parties to ensure compliance & smooth execution of central policy in terms of insurance, procurement management, SWS, etc.
  • Ad hoc tasks and any other duties as assigned by supervisor or Management


  • Degree holder in any discipline preferably in management
  • Minimum 5 years solid administrative experience; experience in social service sector / NGO an advantage
  • Good experience in managing procurement, compliance, or risk management also an advantage
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese
  • Mature, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills, proactive and system thinking
  • Align with the Christian Vision, Mission and Core Values of the Haven of Hope
