We are looking for a high-caliber candidate to fill the position of Assistant Manager for the new project related to trade finance.  The project adopts the state-of-the-art technology to develop a platform through which trade ecosystem partners can share and exchange relevant digitalised trade information in a secure and efficient manner.

The candidate is expected to carry out a wide range of duties related to the setting up of a new entity to take forward the project.  The major job duties would include, but not limited to, the following:

Major Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Manager (HKTFP) / Manager (HKTFP), the Assistant Manager is mainly responsible for the following duties:

  • assisting the Senior Manager (HKTFP) / Manager (HKTFP) in monitoring the project progress and vendor management;
  • liaising with relevant parties, such as local and overseas government agencies, member banks, trade-related industry participants, legal practitioner, company secretary, vendors etc., on issues related to the coordination of the corporation and project governance; 
  • assisting in the preparation of discussion papers and minutes of meetings on the project by the relevant boards and committees;
  • preparing materials, reports or analysis etc. for meeting and conducting presentations for different stakeholders;
  • providing training in relation to the project or technology for internal and external parties; and
  • performing other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager (HKTFP) / Manager (HKTFP).



  • Suitable candidates should possess university education with over 3 years of work experience preferably in financial institutions and knowledge of trade finance is an advantage; and
  • strong interpersonal and management skills as well as fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua are essential.
