Assistant Manager, HR & Administration

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including Compensation & Benefits, Office and Retail Recruitment & Annual Appraisal;
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with all employment related legislation;
  • Manage service providers to ensure payroll, taxation for overseas offices are properly regulated;
  • Perform general office administration duties;
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with at least 5 years’ experience at supervisory level in HR & Administration
  • Luxury fashion retail experience is preferred
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, sound knowledge of Labor Law in Macau, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia will be an advantage
  • Well-organized and detailed minded with excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong ability in staff management will excellent leadership skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidates with more experience / qualification will be considered as Manager
