Assistant Manager, HR (HRBP & Talent Development),Asian Markets

  • Lead and manage the engagement plan and activity for the regional office with the objective of creating an employee experience at AXA that is best in the market
  • Manage quarterly employee Pulse survey, including planning, administration, reporting, action planning, etc.

HR Communications

  • Manage HR communication plan
  • Lead in the drafting of HR communications messages for distribution via various channels (email, intranet, presentations, etc.)
  • Manage HR section of company intranet, ensuring all employees are well informed and have the necessary HR information available

HR Business Partner Activity

  • Work closely with the HR Business Partner, Asia to support on all HRBP activities such as performance management process, compensation planning, organizational talent review, workforce planning, etc.
  • Advise and support employees on enquiries, policy matters, and employee relations matters as necessary
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to ensure the new joiner experience is seamless during the recruiting and onboarding process
  • Support HRBP in preparation of package proposals for new candidates
  • Coordinate on/off boarding process, including budget proposal, contract preparation, new joiner induction, exit interviews, etc.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis of people metrics, utilizing data visualization techniques for presentation to key stakeholders
  • Conduct ongoing policy review to ensure our policies are compliant and relevant to our people
  • Support cross team ad hoc projects as necessary such as with the Compensation & Benefits Team and Talent Development Team.

Talent Management and Learning Development

  • Work closely with the Senior Manager for Talent Development to drive AXA's self-learning culture by assessing the learning needs of our people, curating digital modules, and creating a learning strategy in line with AXA's global learning priorities
  • Manage LMS (Learning Management System) and provide learning analytics to assess employees' learning needs
  • Support learning program design by conducting research of vendors and best market practices, and proposing solutions
  • Support in the organisation of in person and virtual learning programs.
  • Support on ad hoc projects as necessary such as talent reviews, succession planning, etc.
  • University graduate
  • 4 - 6 years of experience within Human Resources
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to change communication styles depending on your audience and the ability to deliver complex messages in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to write concise message on HR topics that are easy to understand by a non HR audience
  • Proactive with a strong action orientation. Someone who is able to identify areas that could be improved without being asked to
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Strong powerpoint skills with the ability to create visually appealing presentations that tell a story and deliver a message
  • Strong understanding of Excel and data visualization techniques
  • International mobility experience a plus
  • Result oriented, with strong sense of Customer Focus
  • Team player, agile, self-motivated, resilient and able to work independently
  • Strong level of English required, strong level of Cantonese is a plus
